Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped USPS Mail or Priority Mail. I will only ship to the address listed when you make your purchase.  So please make sure that your Shipping address is correct when ordering.  During holiday or peak seasons, we to ship packages via UPS.  Please inquire at hello@charmedelements.com if you prefer options to ship your order UPS.

U.S. Domestic Buyers - Most of my jewelry is made to order, unless otherwise stated in my listing.  Production time to create these pieces are within 1-7 days of payment or after your payment clears (if you're paying with a debit card or credit card).

International Customers: 

We are currently not shipping overseas at this time.

USPS First Class International for $15.00 or USPS International priority for $30.00.  Insurance is required for $1.50 per $100 of merchandise.  We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any local taxes, VAT's or tariffs.  Duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping.  It is the buyer's responsibility.  

 

Note for all International customers:  You may also experience longer custom delays.  It might take up to an additional 7-10 working days, or sometimes even 30 days depending on your location to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped out, I have no control over how long the post office may take to deliver your package.
